Jumpstart is designed to allow a group to practice team behaviors by working on a real problem. Each team member is asked to take a role and performs the responsibilities associated with that role. The team is challenged to meet one goal. This team building exercise is designed to allow a group to practice team behaviors by working on a real problem. Jumpstart provides tools to strengthen communications skills and leadership skills. It’s teamwork training at its best.
The program is designed to accommodate a number of distinctive learning objectives, such as:

• Linking personality profiles (DISC, Myers-Briggs, etc.) to goal achievement
