This simulation redefines the classroom by incorporating an unprecedented video format that guides the activity in real time for over 1-1/2 hours, immersing you in an airport environment and plot. You will be out of your seat and active as you work with your group to successfully prepare a plane for departure.

The team’s challenge is the one faced by employees of Just-in-Time Airlines. They are at a gate working together trying to clear a plane for departure. The team’s goal is to get the plane out safely, on time, and with as many passengers and suitcases as possible. The challenge builds through changing conditions providing the opportunity to see you and your teammates authentic responses to stress. Complications arise as video characters “come to” the team with problems that require decisions that will affect the safety, timing, and cost results – both in the short-term within the exercise as well as in the long-term through the debrief.
