Their challenge is to create a budget for the upcoming year to meet strategic goals, then follow the budget cycle, analyze variances, and make decisions based on the numbers and other critical budgeting influences.

The Financial Game for Decision Making
Strategic business decisions will be forever demystified after you see financial statements come alive in The Financial Game for Decision Making.This intermediate level course builds on concepts from The Accounting Game®. Using the metaphor of the "Real Good Lemonade Company", participants solve real-life problems as they learn how to use the balance sheet, the income statement, and the cash flow statement for analysis and decision making in their departments, their business units and your entire organization. Delivered as a one day session OR a two day session. The two day session includes a case study analysis, sales budgeting and analysis of your company numbers.

How We Make Money
